Shahe Nawab Garam Masala by Renu Moorjani

A secret blend of the Moorjani clan. The name 'Nawab Shah' is derived from the roots of the Moorjani forefathers. Throw in a dash of taste from the Sind dynasties. Add it to your meats, fish and vegetarian dishes for a walk down the trodden paths.

Key Ingredients - Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Caraway Seeds, Green Cardamom, Pepper Corn, Cinnamon, Aniseed, Black Cardamom, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Nutmeg, Mace.

Recipe - First add ghee, chopped onions, garlic and ginger. Then add in your meats or vegetables. Stir well. Add red chilli powder and turmeric. Stir till it sticks to the bottom without burning. Add water and keep stirring. Add the Shahe Nawab Garam masala towards the end. Stir well. Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves. Serve with rice or bread.
