Rayalaseema Gun Powder/Podi chutney masala is not only an excellent protein booster but also gives a soul-satisfying feeling when mixed with ghee and eaten with rice, idli and dosa. Recipe: Podi Idli – Add a teaspoon of ghee or sesame oil to a tawa or pan. Coat the idli with melted ghee. Flipping the idlis every so often will warm them up on all sides. Add Rayalaseema Gun Powder Masala by Junyali. Idlis should be tossed and both sides covered in podi. After frying the idli for a minute, immediately serve hot idli podi.
