Key Ingredients - Cumin Seeds, Caraway Seeds, Green Cardamom, Pepper Corn, Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Nutmeg, Mace
Recipe - Cook vegetables according to your recipe. The gravy will need onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and/or green chillies. Dry preparations can be made with just the Sifar Garam masala, red chillies and turmeric. Serve with rice or bread.
